A Project manager (PM) plans day-to-day execution as well as monitors all aspects to reach the customers’ goals.

Introduction summary of your project:
In the meeting you will need to provide any of the following that apply:
- Documents
- Drawings
- Timelines
- Materials
We will review the plans and make suggestions of what we can offer.
Details include Designs, Drawings, Permits, SOW, Vendor Relations, third party vendors, budgets, timelines and final goals.
Phase 2:
Preparation:
Create schedules, list of vendors, material sources, site surveys as well as setting up communications methods by sharing docs and contacts.
Phase 3:
The Process:
Execution of the project while adjusting daily goals due to delay and backup plans. Creating change orders as needed.
Phase 4:
Completion:
Final Punch list and signoff of all goals. Low Voltage Inspections. Verify payments to vendors.
