Full Setup
A standard office installation would include an Office PC with one or more monitors, a phone set with ATA, an office printer, mouse, and keyboard and audio speaker.
We always prefer hardwire over WiFi connections.
Computer
Each office installation will involve a brand-new Computer, with offsite backup service and typically a battery backup. The PC is either off-the shelf stock or custom built for seamless optimization of files, company applications, and curate media or content needed to complete a job.
Phone set and ATA
Most of our installations will involve a Phone set and ATA. The standard models we use are the HT801 V2 ATA, and the Vtech Vg232r2 handset. This comes with 2 handsets to take inbound calls from customers and employees.
Office Printer
Typically, we stack and install the Brother L2640DW. This is a Compact monochrome Multifunction laser printer. With the ability to Print, Copy and scan. As well as Duplex and mobile printing. Upon request we are trained to install a customer supplied printer of your choosing.
