Drive-Thru Communications

The headset system is used in the drive-thru so employees can talk with customers and also communicate with other workers in the restaurant. The employee wears a wireless headset that connects to the base station inside the store. The base station connects to the order point so the employee can hear the customer and take the order.

Brands that we install include; HME, Par, Panasonic, and many others!

Base Station

The base station is the main system that the headsets connect to in order to output a signal. This device also allows you to set up reminders, and program different alerts. All devices in Communication system wires back to this.

 Headset

A typical communication installation would include 6 headsets for a single lane, and 8 headsets for a double lane. Employees use these to communicate with customers on the drive thru or other coworkers.

Charger and Batteries

Depending on the number of lanes, installations will come with 1-2 chargers, and 8-10 batteries. The life of a single charge in a battery range from about 6 hours to 8 hours.

Mic and speaker

The mic and speakers are installed in drive thru speaker post for easy communication with customers..
